Anzhelika Steen Olsen, a Russian-born New Yorker, embarked on a dynamic career journey that saw her transition from the world of high finance to becoming an acclaimed designer and philanthropist. Armed with a design degree from F.I.T Manhattan, she initially pursued a path in finance before reigniting her passion for design and philanthropy after embracing motherhood. Her venture into the world of fashion led to the creation of an award-winning handbag line, adorned by celebrities such as Halle Berry, Kathryn Winnick, and Kerry Washington at prestigious red carpet events including the Oscars. With her handbags gracing the shelves of major department stores and online platforms, Anzhelika’s entrepreneurial spirit flourished.
Driven by her commitment to making a positive impact, Anzhelika co-founded Eliann Media Consultants, alongside the non-profit organization theSHERgroup.org. This platform is dedicated to empowering women and girls, stands as a symbol of diversity and inclusion, addressing critical issues such as Teenage Mental Health and Human Trafficking. Anzhelika’s passion for philanthropy culminated in the creation and production of the very first U-For-Ukraine Benefit Concert which garnered widespread celebrity support, with proceeds dedicated to providing essential medical supplies, food, and facilitating the evacuation of over 2,000 orphans to Romania at the onset of war.

For nearly 30 years Matthew J. Simon has advised domestic and foreign family offices, real estate developers, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals on complex real estate and corporate transactions. His expertise includes real estate and corporate credit facilities, development projects, acquisitions and dispositions of real property, leases, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and corporate structuring.
Matthew has been instrumental in negotiating and drafting agreements for multimillion-dollar domestic and global transactions, including the negotiation of credit facilities on behalf of corporate and real estate clients up to $200 million; high-profile real estate joint venture in NYC Meatpacking District; the initial financing of The Setai in Miami Beach; and negotiation of the sale of a leasehold interest in a major municipal airport to an industrial real estate developer. Mr. Simon was the co-founding and co-managing partner of Simon, Eisenberg & Baum, LLP (now Eisenberg & Baum, LLP) and was associated with Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. and Windels Marx, LLP.
Matthew earned his J.D. from St. John’s University of Law, where he served as the editor of the New York International Law Review, and holds a B.S. from Brooklyn College.
